1. How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status using the tracking number available in:
- the Customer Account Panel (after logging in — if an account was created during purchase),
- the automatic email message sent after the shipment has been dispatched (within approx. 48 hours).

2. I ordered several products, but I received only one
For multi-item orders, shipments may be delivered separately (due to shipping from different warehouses).
If you have received only part of your order — the remaining products will be delivered soon. The status of each shipment can be checked in your Customer Account Panel or in the email message.
3. The product did not meet my expectations. How can I return it?
