You can check the status of your order using the tracking number (or multiple tracking numbers in the case of multi-item orders), which can be found in:
- Your customer account panel after logging in on the website — if you created an account during checkout
- An automatic email message sent to the email address provided during purchase after the shipment has been dispatched and the order status has been updated (this usually takes about 48 hours)

If your order includes several different products, it may be delivered either together or separately, depending on the type of items selected (as they may be shipped from different warehouses).
If you have received only part of your order, please don’t worry — the remaining items should be delivered soon.
You can also check the status of your products yourself using the tracking numbers available in your Customer Account Panel after logging in on the website, or in the email sent after the order status has been updated.
