Thank you for shopping at Otaku Store Merch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Item must be in its original condition and packaging (including tags, if applicable).
• Item must not be a non-returnable item (see Section 5 below).
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@otakustoremerch.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Securely package the item(s) and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.
Note: Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or cause significant delays in processing.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
• For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties related to the return shipment.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards and store credit.
• Downloadable digital products.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., face masks, certain accessories) that have been opened or used.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as a standard return (Section 2) and specify in your email that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
If the desired exchange item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, you will receive a partial refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@otakustoremerch.com Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
