You can check your order status using the tracking number available in:

  • the Customer Account Panel (after logging in — if an account was created during purchase),
  • the automatic email message sent after the shipment has been dispatched (within approx. 48 hours).

2. I ordered several products, but I received only one

For multi-item orders, shipments may be delivered separately (due to shipping from different warehouses).
